Assam Salmon

Dscf3821a Ingredients:

1. Salmon Steak

2. Assam Paste

3. Some fresh parsley

4. Some fresh chives

5. Some herbs

6. small amount of salts

Cooking steps:

1. Wash the salmon steak and try to remove the small bones.

2. Mix the assam paste with herbs, salts with two spoons of water.

3. Put the salmon steak in a plate and then distribute the mixed assam sauce onto salmon steak.

4. Steam for 15 - 20 minutes and then distribute the fresh chives and parsley on top of the salmon steak.

5. Ready to serve.

    Hey bro,

    This assam salmon is a bit spicy and you can feel the aroma of the herbs. Not so masam lar. I didn’t add much assam paste because it will cover the good taste of salmon.
